- 1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using this website (the “nexneuro.in Site”) operated by NexNeuro (“we”, “us”, “our”), including any of its pages, sub-domains, linked services, applications or content you (“you”, “user”, “visitor”, or “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site including browsing, using our services, internships, learning hub, or any offerings constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
- 2. Services & Use of the Site NexNeuro is an IT sector software company providing: (a) Internship Programs: Structured training in Web Development, Mobile App Development (iOS/Android), UI/UX Design, Data Science, Cloud Solutions, and Cybersecurity. (b) IT Services: Custom web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud-based solutions, and related IT consulting. (c) Additional Offerings: Learning hub resources, project-based assignments, mock interviews, resume reviews, mentorship, and career guidance. Use of the Site or our services must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information if you register or sign up for any internship, service, or program via the Site, and to keep that information updated. For internship applicants, you certify that you are either a full-time student or a working professional eligible for the program.
- 3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership All content, design, graphics, text, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials on the Site are the exclusive property of NexNeuro (or our licensors), protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, upload, transmit or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our explicit prior written consent except that you may view, download, or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use (if expressly permitted). Any unauthorized use of content on the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.
- 4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities When using the Site or our services you agree not to: Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations. Post, upload or distribute any content that is offensive, defamatory, abusive, obscene, harmful, or violates any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights). Attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of the Site, our systems, or other user accounts. Use automated bots or scripts to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our explicit permission. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers, or misrepresent your identity when using the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Use of any linked third-party website is at your own risk. - 6. Internship Program Terms & Conditions
- 6.0.1 Internship Eligibility & Registration (a) Internship programs are open to students pursuing IT/Computer Science degrees and working professionals. (b) By enrolling, you agree to complete assigned tasks, projects, and assessments as per the program schedule. (c) Completion certificate is issued only upon successful completion of all mandatory project milestones and final evaluations. (d) Attendance and participation are mandatory; unexcused absences may lead to program termination without refund.
- 6.0.2 Intellectual Property Rights & Project Work (a) Projects and code developed during the internship are owned by NexNeuro and may be used for portfolio, educational, or commercial purposes. (b) You grant NexNeuro a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your work (with or without attribution). (c) You may not republish, redistribute, or claim ownership of internship projects without explicit written permission. (d) Plagiarism or submission of external work as your own will result in immediate termination and program rejection.
- 6.0.3 Internship Placement & Hiring (a) Internship completion does not guarantee placement or job offer. (b) Placement eligibility is based on performance, code quality, communication skills, and organizational fit. (c) Salary/compensation discussions (if any) will be transparent and formalized in a separate offer letter. (d) No promises of employment are made during the internship unless explicitly stated in writing by authorized NexNeuro representatives.
- 6.0.4 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (a) You agree to maintain confidentiality of client projects, source code, business strategies, and proprietary information shared during the internship. (b) Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in legal action and recovery of damages. (c) Confidentiality obligations continue for 12 months after program completion.
- 6.0.5 Internship Fees & Cancellation (a) Paid internship fees (if applicable) are as specified during registration. (b) Cancellation requests within 7 days of enrollment will receive a full refund. (c) Cancellation after 7 days will incur a 20% cancellation charge. (d) No refunds are issued after the internship begins.
- 6.1 Payments, Fees & Billing (If Applicable) If you engage in paid services (e.g. premium offerings, paid courses, customized services) via the Site or through payment gateways (including Razorpay and other third-party payment processors), you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Site at the time you accept the service. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, and any applicable taxes, surcharges or other charges where required.
- 6.7 IT Services Terms & Conditions
- 6.7.1 Service Scope & Deliverables (a) Service scope is defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal provided by NexNeuro. (b) Any changes to scope must be documented in writing and may incur additional costs. (c) Deliverables include source code, documentation, and agreed testing. (d) Client responsibility includes providing timely feedback, necessary information, and access to systems.
- 6.7.2 Timeline & Milestones (a) Project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements. (b) Delays caused by client feedback delays, requirement changes, or access issues are not the responsibility of NexNeuro. (c) NexNeuro will communicate delays in advance. (d) Penalties for delay (if any) will be specified in the service agreement.
- 6.7.3 Quality Assurance & Testing (a) NexNeuro follows industry standard testing protocols. (b) Basic quality assurance is included in the service scope. (c) Comprehensive testing, performance optimization, or security audits may be billable extras. (d) Client is responsible for testing in their production environment post-deployment.
- 6.7.4 IP Ownership & License (a) All custom-developed code and designs are the exclusive property of NexNeuro until full payment is received. (b) Upon full payment, NexNeuro grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for the client's business purposes. (c) NexNeuro retains the right to use non-confidential components for portfolio, educational, or internal purposes. (d) Third-party libraries and frameworks are subject to their respective licenses.
- 6.7.5 Support & Maintenance (a) Post-delivery support (if offered) is specified in the service agreement or support package. (b) Support does not cover: client-introduced bugs, third-party service failures, or misuse of the application. (c) Additional maintenance or enhancements are billable as separate services. (d) Support availability and response times are defined in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) if applicable.
- through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. We do not store your complete credit card or bank account information. Payment processing is subject to Razorpay's terms, conditions, and privacy policy. All transactions comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and RBI regulations. By making a payment, you authorize NexNeuro and Razorpay to charge your payment method for the specified amount.
- 6.2 Refund Policy & Cancellation All payments for services are generally non-refundable except as explicitly specified below. For refundable services: (a) Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. (b) Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. (c) Razorpay processing fees may apply and are non-refundable. (d) In case of service cancellation by NexNeuro, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. For subscription or recurring services, cancellation will stop future charges immediately, but no refund will be issued for services already rendered.
- 6.3 Transaction Disputes & Chargebacks If you dispute a transaction or file a chargeback with your bank/payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to: (a) Suspend your access to services immediately. (b) Charge a dispute handling fee of ₹500 (or applicable currency equivalent). (c) Terminate our relationship with you. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at nexneuro.official@gmail.com with detailed dispute information. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Unwarranted disputes or chargebacks may result in legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated costs.
- 6.4 Invoice & Receipt Records For all paid services, we will provide an invoice/receipt via email. You are responsible for maintaining records of your transactions. Invoices are issued as per GST requirements (if applicable). You can request duplicate invoices by contacting our support team.
- 6.5 Failed Payments If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or other issues: (a) You will be notified via email. (b) You must resubmit payment within 24 hours to avoid service suspension. (c) Multiple failed attempts may result in account suspension or service denial without refund.
- 7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, representations or endorsements of any kind, whether express or implied including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. NexNeuro is not responsible for any issues with Razorpay's payment processing, server downtime, transaction delays, or payment gateway failures. For payment-related issues, contact Razorpay Support directly. Under no circumstances shall NexNeuro (or its officers, employees, agents, affiliates) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Site or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 8. Termination of Access & Suspension We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services immediately ceases. Any provisions meant to survive termination — such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability shall continue to apply.
- 9. Changes to Terms We may update, modify or change these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where NexNeuro is registered / operates (e.g. as per Indian laws, if applicable). Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 11. Privacy Policy & Data Protection We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Use of personal data (e.g. name, email, contact details) is governed by our separate Privacy Policy (linked on the Site). By using the Site, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described therein.
